Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific order to submit a formal return request with the reason for return.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and promotional gifts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier service point or MR. D.I.Y. collection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the item for compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 14 working days.
